Greetings from the Nordic Resort, Nordic Resort is a family lifestyle resort located 3 minutes by car from Al Liwan and 15 minutes from the city center. Check-in time is 4 PM, however, we will do our best to let you check-in as soon as a villa is available, and check-out time is 12PM. If you wish to retain your villa beyond this time, please contact our front desk. An extension may be given depending on occupancy. A mandatory security deposit taken at the check-in desk. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount of BHD 50.000 in cash. The deposit will be refunded on departure. The resort is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid ID card, passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant resort employee upon check-in. The resort limits the number of people allowed to occupy a particular guest villa, depending on the category. This maximum number shall not be exceeded: 4-bedroom villas (8 adults and 4 children) and 8 visitors are allowed until 12:00 midnight. 3-bedroom villas (6 adults and 3 children) and 6 visitors are allowed until 12:00 midnight. 2-bedroom villas (4 adults and 2 children) and 4 visitors are allowed until 12:00 midnight. Park in the designated parking area. Spaces are assigned per villa for 2 cars only; additional cars can be parked next to the Nordic resort gate #2. We are a family-friendly resort; excessive partying by guests is not permitted while at the resort and we reserve the right to remove any parties from the property if necessary. Any setup must be pre-approved. Service animals with proper registration only will be allowed. For your kind information, Nordic Resort is a luxury boutique resort, where we have tried to give our guests a memorable holiday in the lap of nature and that is why we are situated away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Check in time-is 15:00 Hrs. and check out is 12:00 Hrs. if you wish to retain your villa beyond this time please contact our front desk. Extension will begiven depending on the availability.
·Security Deposit -There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check in by either credit card or via a cash deposit. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount of BHD 100.000 in either cash or as an authorization on their credit card. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure.
Registration -The resort is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant Resort employee upon check-in
Maximum Occupancy - The Resort limits the number of persons allowed to occupy in a particular guest Villa depending the category. This maximum number shall not be exceeded:
A. 4 Bedroom villa (8 adult and 4 children) The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.
Bedroom villa (6 adult and 3 children) The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.
C. 2 Bedroom villa (4 adult and 2 children) The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.
Parking â" Park in designated parking area only. Spaces are assigned per villa 2 cars only, additional cars can be park next to the Nordic resort gate #2.
Guests- We are a family friendly resort, excessive partying by guests is not permitted while on the premises. The resort reserves the right to remove any parties from the property if necessary.
Cancellation: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
· Music & Parties-Speakers are strictly not allowed, therefore we donât recommend Nordic Resort to guests who are looking to party here and want to play loud music, as it is strictly not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
