Greetings from the Nordic Resort, Thank you for choosing Nordic Resort for your forthcoming stay!! In our endeavor to give a memorable holiday to our guests, I would like you to please read this to have better understanding on what to expect when you book Nordic Resort and to avoid any disappointments. For your kind information, Nordic Resort is a luxury boutique resort, where we have tried to give our guests a memorable holiday in the lap of nature and that is why we are situated away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Please note: • Check in time- is 15:00 Hrs. and check out is 12:00 Hrs. if you wish to retain your villa beyond this time please contact our front desk. Extension will be given depending on the availability. • Security Deposit - There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check in by either credit card or via a cash deposit. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount of BHD 100.000 in either cash or as an authorization on their credit card. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure. • Registration- The resort is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant Resort employee upon check-in • Maximum Occupancy - The Resort limits the number of persons allowed to occupy in a particular guest Villa depending the category. This maximum number shall not be exceeded: A. 4 Bedroom villa (8 adult and 4 children) The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1. B. 3 Bedroom villa (6 adult and 3 children) The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1. C. 2 Bedroom villa (4 adult and 2 children) The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1. • Parking – Park in designated parking area only. Spaces are assigned per villa 2 cars only, additional cars can be park next to the Nordic resort gate # 2. • Guests - We are a family friendly resort, excessive partying by guests is not permitted while on the premises. The resort reserves the right to remove any parties from the property if necessary. • Cancellation: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime. We don’t allow • Music & Parties- Speakers are strictly not allowed, therefore we don’t recommend Nordic Resort to guests who are looking to party here and want to play loud music, as it is strictly not allowed. • Pets are not allowed. Corona virus COVID - 19 Update

Our Commitment to our Guests
as we Navigate through Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and colleagues remains our highest priority.

We are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility as the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve.

We developed a program that will introduce a new standard of Hotel cleanliness and disinfection to ensure our guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay.

Build upon our already high standards of Housekeeping and Hygiene, where hospital-grade cleaning products and upgraded protocols are currently in use. The program is featuring trusted cleaning products, solutions and training.

  • Clean room seal; Indicating that guest rooms haven’t been accessed since they were cleaned
  • Extra disinfection of top 10 high touch areas in guest rooms; Including light switches and door handle
  • Increasing cleaning frequency in public areas
  • Guest-accessible disinfecting gel; at entrance, lift landing and high traffic areas
  • Enhanced cleaning for fitness center; (This facility is not available for public at this stage and we are waiting for updates form the Ministry of Health on opening date)
  • Enhanced cleaning & Other changes; to buffets, in-room dining and meeting space
  • Enhanced colleagues’ safety and well-being; with personal protective equipment and enhanced trainings and protocols.

We take pride in maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Given the effects of COVID-19, we have taken additional measures in our hotel and resort, developed in consultation with the local health authority. To make our hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

  • Our Colleagues are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobby, elevators, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
  • We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers.

We are prepared to act swiftly should we be alerted to a case of coronavirus at one of our properties.
